    Hi all

Any advice on best way to treat this? I’m not sure if it’s mould or algae. It’s a little furry so I’m thinking mould and caused the paint to flake. I’ve brushed it all off here and it’s a little powdery.

    Appreciate any advice.
    Thank you.

Leave till the summer to dry out. Clean area. hit it with something like Cover stain or Bloxx It. Quick light sand and paint over again. ( Don't use the same painter that did the original work)

Soak it with bleach and leave for a few hours and wash off.

Thanks for that. Will have to use the same painter - I love there!

Thank you. I had wondered that. Just simple bleach? Watered down or anything?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Yeah fairly strong mixture and scrub it in and leave for a few hours then scrub it off.
