Baxi Megaflow 28HE IE Ventilation requirement?

Moved to attic conversion bedroom in our house and never realised it was so cold and draughty. Builder who did our renovations 10 years ago obviously hadn't a clue and neither did I till a while ago. Thats another story though. Point is that realising there was a major problem in the attic conversion made me check and realise there are draughts everywhere in this Victorian renovation. I've dealt with some of them already.

One of the areas I am about to tackle is the Boiler cupboard which is in the attic conversion on the landing outside the attic conversion bedroom. Strong draughts through the holes that the water pipes for the boiler and the water mains go into the 'Cold attic' on the other side of the wall. Strong draught around the Boiler Flue where it penetrates the plasterboard roof of the cupboard through the fibreglass insulation.

I was about to to seal these up and still will but staring at the boiler planning how to tackle the draughts got me thinking about boiler ventilation requirements. When I seal the attic bedroom and replace the attic conversion small WC/Shower room extractor fan with an auto closing iris backdraught excluder extractor fan (Cause the bathroom is an icebox in Winter), I realised I might be cutting off enough ventilation for the Boiler.

I tried researching and I think in the Tech specs for this boiler where it says Compartment Ventilation Requirement - None that this means its got its own external fresh air intake as well as exhaust and hence I don't need to worry about permanently open ventilation anywhere in the attic conversion for the boiler and that in fact I could even replace the boiler cupboard door with a more solid and well sealed one that would reduce the noise coming from the boiler when operating.

Can someone clarify if my interpretation is correct?

That boiler is room sealed, the flue contains a 'pipe within a pipe' outer for air intake (which is also used for internal boiler cooling), and inner pipe is the flue gas outlet.
