    I’m having huge difficulty getting a phone unlocked. Have tried phone and chat to no avail. Can this be looked at too pease?

    1. Your Account Number
    2. Your Full Name
    3. Your Address
    4. Your DOB
    5. You are the account holder? 

    Could you also PM the IMEI of your phone and the make and model. 

    I can check if you are eligible to get the unlocking code
