    I have very rarely encountered Verified By Visa when shopping online.

    This morning it popped up on a website and it had my old mobile number so I called the bank to up date my internet banking with my correct number.

    The agent told me it would take up to two hours for the number to be used on my account but that Verified By Visa would update straightaway.

    It has been several hours and I still cannot use Verified By Visa and the support line agents have not been able to help.

    Has anyone here encountered a similar problem?
