    Easiest way to lose weight is to keep it simple. Calories in need to be less than calories out. Eat less, eat smarter, move more.

    Yes. People with more money than sense have. Both are selling magic beans.

    They're a packaged way of eating a lot less.

    Waste of time. Back to basics ...eat better and move more...if.you are unsure on the food front join sw or ww to.learn about better choices and portion control.
    There are no magic pills..
