So when I turn on main beam and front fog lights there is a clicking sound coming out of the passenger fuse box.

I changed the electrical socket fuse (20amp) in this compartment a while back, could this be related to the clcking sound. Is it a relay issue?

the kick is the relay not the fuse, they are often in the same compartment, it should only kick once as you turn or turn off the lights, that is normal.

clicking when I change from dipped to main beam, never heard it before doubt it's normal

100% normal, the relay what makes the change happen
