Credit Adjustment Issue

    Quick Summary
    - Moved into a new house
    - Prepay gas meter with prepay power
    - €107 debt outstanding but prepay power say they have put through a credit adjustment
    - Have made the required 4 top ups but the credit adjustment hasn't gone through

    Have called support on 6 occasions but keep getting fobbed off (I don't think they know the problem or are interested in trying to solve)

    If you can help solve this problem will happily move my payg gas to electric ireland

    It is unlikely that Electric Ireland could resolve this as it is an issue between you and your current provider.

    We recommend contacting our colleagues in the dedicated Pay As You Go Gas team on 1850 372 372 or 01 8529534. Once our colleagues have more information, they will be in a better position to advise you what Electric Ireland can do for you.
