    Zico - Dublin Marathon 2.26.23. Such an improvement at such a high level warrants huge praise.

    Duaningtons sub 17 performance in the Tallaght 5k. Went from 17.32 to 16.56 in one race with a monster performance. Ballsiest run of the year.
