Firstly, are you on natural gas at the minute, as to change to propane may require changes to your appliance
Secondly, it would be very expensive in comparison to metered natural gas.

Some more information on your query would be required to give you guidance.

So i am renting the home and used to have oil boiler but was broken and landlords decided to change heating system from oil to gas. So they sent plumber and he installed gas boiler with two big propane gas bottles. First bottle run out of gas in 15 days and second in 13 days. Cost of one bottle is €120. So I spent €240 in first month. When I had oil boiler I spent around €800 per year so that was around €70 per month. My landlord contacted with the plumber and he said that this is impossible that two bottles run out of gas so quickly so he came back and said there was a leak, he change the pipes and said that should be ok now but another month gone and I don’t have gas again. So I spent another €240 to get two bottles. Can you give me any advice? Is there something wrong with the system or maybe it is so expensive? I have no idea what to do but know definitely that I don’t want to pay so huge bills for heating and hot water. I used to pay €70 now €240!!! It is waste of money for me.

Your problem is €€€, the cost of bottled gas vs nat gas or oil which are ~ 30% of the cost of the bottled gas.
Assuming 34Kg cylinder @ 471 kwh/cyl, you used ~ (471*2/30) or 31.4 Kwh/day which is quite good/normal IMO, even if you are using the 47 kg cylinder then the daily consumption would be still reasonable @ ~ 43.4 kwh/day. Nat gas/oil would have cost you ~ €65/month (vs 34kg cyl) or €90/month (vs 47 kg cylinder).

For your own safety please ensure you have some carbon monoxide detectors in your dwelling.

I have 2x47kg Propane Gas Bottles and all of theme gone in one month.
And yes, my problem is €€€ because don't want to spend so much money for this heating system. Looking for any opinion from people who use this system at their own home, is this really so expensive or maybe plumber make some mistake when installed the gas boiler?

The mistake they made is installing that system, what were they thinking , heating a house off gas bottles is not practical or economical.

Perhaps using John G’s figures above, try to negotiate with the landlord to reduce rent by the extra cost of heating that way. Otherwise see if you can find somewhere else.
That way of heating was ridiculous in the first place. It must have increased the BER by a substantial amount.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

Yes, a good idea, the landlord could reduce the rent. Each 47 kg gas cylinder contains 651 kwh (SEAI figure) so the cost in your case, is, (120/651), €0.184/kwh, If nat gas is available in your area then for every bottled cylinder you use the differential cost/kwh X 651 should be credited to you, if you assume nat gas is €0.07/kwh then the credited amount should be, 651*(0.184-0.07), €74.21 (per cylinder used).
If no nat gas available in your area, then at the very least, you could/should be credited with the differential cost of Bulk LPG cost vs bottled gas cost.

Edit: Forgot, as you DID have oil then you should be credited differential cost of bott gas vs oil.
