Having problems downloading Form 11

I'm trying to download my Form 11 from ros for offline completion but I can't open the document. When I try to view or save it there doesn't seem to be a programme available on my PC to open it. I've tried using MS Word but I'm getting a message about .xml files. Can anyone help?

When you download from ROS, Save it to your PC. Then open the ROS offline application and Open the downloaded form using that.
