Saab 9-5 ‘New’ Model

Had a 9-3. Loved it but down sized. Looking at the 2011 9-5. Any one have one? Looking at one in the new year. Parts would be a concern.

Do they have the same terminal engine issues as the Insignia I wonder?

They share nearly everything with the first generation Opel Insignia, even down to the same steering wheel and inheritable faults. The build quality on them is not great as they were rushed through development to production as Saab seen them as their saviour which came too late. Used examples are rare enough here but they seem to have some steep asking prices even from the UK.

There is one I see alot where I live. Its a beauty.

Prices do seem step based on what I have read. There is one on sale locally. Going to test drive it in the new year.
