Anyone had any bother getting Mitchelin tyres ? I’ve an s-max with crossclimate+ all round. 225 50 R 17. Got a bad puncture that went through the sidewall two weeks ago but still no tyre. Driving me nuts. Have a spare wheel from ford garage on her at the moment but not ideal as it has an 80km max speed and as the s-max is heavyish I want the proper wheel on ASAP.

They are showing these tyres below on oponeo if that helps (I’m not sure if they’re the same tyre)? Probably cost you another 10-15 to get a place to fit it.

Never used them before, is the delivery time normally 4-5 days ? Reason I’m asking is the garage has the tyre on order from Mitchelin directly but every day it’s due to arrive the delivery date gets pushed back 2 days

I ordered some cross climate+ a few months ago and it took nearly a month for delivery. Tyres were only a few weeks old when put on, looks like they are having production delays.

Edit.. This was from their authorised dealers in Dublin, I rang around a few other tyre fitters and none did cross climates.

Yep from an authorised dealer too. Very frustrating; thankfully it’s not snowing yet.
