Hi, I'm a 43 year old male based in Kildare and I've recently joined a kickboxing/muay thai gym and I'm looking to team up with someone for weekly light sparring sessions, my motivation is more fitness based than anything else, I've no intention of entering into competition but am looking for someone of similar experience to train with and to learn with, I'm 5"7 and about 11.5 stone, if there's anyone local and interested, please get in touch, I'll be aiming to get going early new year, thanks.

You're better off sparring in your gym with an experienced coach there.

The amount of times sparring starts out as light but become a fight especially with beginners, should always have a coach around.
