    I think the restaurant beside the Pump House does it and Fish Face but you should ask.

    Sorry but this is an entirely different offering.
    La Revisita do as you said, offer a Wine & Dine Deal at a price of €59 for 2 Available Mon to Thur - Excl Bank Holidays.. but this is not BYOB.

    Lotus offers BYOB with a corkage of €5 per bottle which might be one of the few in the city that has advertised it, besides Fish Face as Cpt Havoc mentioned (I believe there is no corkage there).
    I'd say your best bet is to ask the restaurant in advance OP, most restaurants in Kilkenny would have no problem offering BYOB with a corkage fee.

    There is a restaurant in Inistioge that offers BYOB called Footlights also with corkage but that's too far out.

    Lohs Chinese beside the pumphouse as mentioned allow this.

    I believe wine etc is fine and you can also bring spirits but mixers e.g coke etc are charged at menu price even if you bring your own.
