Nobody can answer that with the amount of info you have given.

Benefit payments are based on your record from 2 years ago.

You will be unemployed from 28th December 2018 so as long as you make your claim as soon as you become unemployed your claim will be based on your 2016 prsi record.

What were you doing in 2016?

If you don't make your claim until 2019 your claim will be based on 2017 prsi record, what were you doing in 2017?

I was working in 2016 up until october and the left to take care of children. Signed on single parent payment until end of December.

You should be fine for Jobseekers Benefit.
If you worked all of 2016 up to October you should have at least 36 paid contributions and you should have credits awarded from your One-parent family claim to bring you to the required 39 contributions.

You need a total of 104 paid contributions overall but I am making the assumption that you have that.

Go in and make your claim on 28th and your contributions will be checked.

Ate you a single parent? Doesn’t sound like it

My parental status has nothing to do with claiming jobseekers benefit which is not mean tested and based on previous employment credits.
