We’ve heard that our apartment might not have fire collars in the ceiling. We brought our place 4 years ago as a new build. Would this be covered by Homebond? There’s cover for five years relating to physical danger?

Is it the Homebond Insurance Scheme or the Homebond Structural Guarantee?
