    Switch on wall won't turn off,,also tripped fuse.

    You need to check if the switch is faulty and if there is wiring in there that could cause the fuse to blow. It is unlikely that it would if the only problem was an inability to turn off, but too coincidental to ignore.

    In my experience the circulating pump is often the cause of a blown fuse.

    It tripped switch when I tfyey turn it off..heating is still working,,on boiler itself I switched it on and off

    looks like a faulty time clock,they do give trouble,you can leave in the on position and use the on/off switch on the boiler to turn boiler off provided it also turns off the circulating pump until you replace clock
