Fixing Mistake on Land Registry Map

A friend of mine is selling a house. There seems to be an error on the land registry map around a right of way. Has anyone come across something like this? Will it take a long time to fix?

It happens all the time. How long it will take to fix depends on the cooperation of the other people interested. If someone is awkward there might have to be a court case.
