Cost of beef boom

    Just wondering what ye are paying for beef boom. I get beef boom with viandi from liffey mills in 25kg bags at €290 per tonne. Big increase over the past 12 months. I know its cheaper to buy in bulk but bags suit me at the moment. Is the price the norm ?

    Thats cheap tbh most meal in small bags here are around 320/ton
