Warning lights on after skid

I've been trying to figure out an issue I had with my vw cc.

Last week, I was accelerating and turned a tight wet corner and felt the wheels slip after which I got amber warning lights for abs, anti-slip, tire pressure monitoring system, power steering, hand break.

It wasn't the tire pressure and it wasn't any battery connections.

So, my own thoughts which seemed to be confirmed by dr Google was that it was an abs sensor. Booked it in the, lo and behold, all of the lights switched off :-) self diagnostic one morning seemed to show everything was fine.

I cancelled the appointment but am unsure what the issue was. Is it most likely a loose connection to a sensor?

Could parking on a ramp or having much around the wheel contribute I wonder.

    I'd appreciate any thoughts!
