Amiko / saorview freezing

I have a amiko mini for the last year or more with saorview channels and free to air satellite channels.

It's been grand so far, but for the last few weeks, all the saorview channels (apart from RTE1) come up with 'no signal', then a few minutes later they come up, and freeze for a few seconds, then 'no signal' again. Basically unwatchable.

I've retuned/auto-scanned the channels and it's finding them, but same issue.

Is this likely to be a box issue or an aerial issue? or something else?

They're on the same mux as rte 1 so your aerial has probably moved slightly and isn't pulling in the second mux

Is there an easy way to realign it?

Depends on where the aerial is.

Depends on where the aerial is.

It's on the wall at the back of the house, easily reachable by a ladder.

It would be easy for a repair man he would have a signal meter. It would be trial and error without one. But if you had someone with you you could use the signal strength indicator on the box. If the Amiko has one I'm not familiar with them.
Does it look damaged rusted bracket or anything. Is your aerial plugged into a socket on the wall, those give trouble too.

Get whoever fitted it back to check the signal.
