    Hi all

Hoping someone can shed some light my friend has been stopped for drink driving the morning after and failed the breathaliser. They are been summoned to you.

This is not the first time they have been caught. 10 years previously they were caught and banned for either a year or 6 months I'm not exactly sure.

Will the conviction 10 years earlier mean that she's on her subsequemt.conviction or is the first conviction a spent conviction.

She is meeting with her solicitor next week so just hoping to get some answers before then
