Causal dockets while waiting for WFP

    Hi
    I went into my intreo local office today, I dealt with a lovely girl who told me she was new to the job
    I told her I have been on Jobseeker’s Allowance but I recently started working 20 hours a week (3 dats)and I’m waiting for working family payment
    I just applied last week
    She advised me to stay on Jobseeker’s Allowance and send in casual dockets until my working family payment comes through.
    I have never heard of this before, does anyone know if it’s correct?
    I’m not saying she lied to me but I’m just wondering if she’s mixing it up with another payment

    Hi i am in a similar situation were i am on casual dockets and going to apply for wfp. Im just wondering what happened after could you keep receiving payments and sending in dockets while waiting for wfp.
