They're advertising for a panel. Does anyone know how the payscale works?

I'm currently working in a marketing role on 35k+ but was going to throw my hat in the ring is this was starts a bit higher if you have a degree/masters.

    The payscale is €23,353 – max LSI2 €39,109.

If you are a brand new entrant you will start on €23,353.

You don’t get paid more for having a degree/masters.

    These are entry level positions.

All information is included in the information booklet on their website.
