New connection

Hi.

I applied and paid for a new connection in June.
I did not realise I would have to pay a 3rd party a extortionate fee to carry out the connection.
Called and emailed Irish water a couple of times but not getting any reply back.
Due to cost of connection and build being put on hold I would like to cancel order and get a refund.
Could a rep look into this for me?

In order to cancel your connection I recommend that you email us at newconnections@water.ie and include the reason for the refund request.
