    Maybe someone can help me decide on my next step in my career. Im working for a large multinational in a sales role and have been approached and offered what looks like a good opportunity with a competitor. Id appreciate some thoughts on it.

    Job A - Current.
    Market leader and largest in the sector with best product. Doing 600 Million annually easy sell.
    5 Years Service
    64k basic
    5k Lunch Allowance
    Bonus scheme - un achievable
    Company car
    All Expenses.
    Good work life balance

    Job B - Offer
    4th Largest in industry doing about 200 million annually. Good product but not in top 3.
    77k Basic
    6k Lunch Allowance
    Bonus scheme achievable for at least 3 years.
    Company car
    All Expenses.
    Good Work Life Balance
