Attic Conversion - Velux Windows - Planning Issue?

    Hi.

    I am thinking about an attic conversion and the side of my house where you would put a velux overlooks the back of a neighbour's house. I am wondering if this would cause a planning issue if the neighbour objects. Would I be forced to put in frosted glass or would the planners allow clear glass? Many Thanks.

    You won’t know until you apply for planning.
    Either way, it’s not the end of the world if the only condition is to frosts one of the roof lights in fairness.
