Laptop Sign In Problem

    When trying to sign in to my laptop it does not recognize my pin number. The code ox8009002d keeps coming up. It then asks me to verify my email account but the recovery/back up email & phone number it wants to send the verification code to does not belong to me so I have no way of getting the code. Is there somewhere to change these details?

    track down the owner of the account / email

    otherwise resinstall windows from a usb key.
