Was thinking of going for one of these, or am I daft. I know that they are only a rebadged Mitsubishi l200. What are people's thoughts.

What is the price difference in that and a mitsubishi?

The fullback is a mitsubishi l200 in all but name, not like the l200 held its value especially well anyway, they are no hilux.

    Difference of roughly €5500.
    Fair chunk of money

Pal of mine has a 08 Hilux from new, never farmed or pulled a trailer, mechanically it's very good but a lot of serious rust underneath

    Thanks for the replies.
I was just doing my sums before I start spending on my trusty old 04 ranger for the test.
I though to go to the UK but when all the expenses vrt etc are accounted for there isn't much of a saving, but rust is as much of a problem as always.
Heard a few horror stories about the L200,s
The ranger has been fantastic but the new ones are huge and funny money.

That's what worries him, but he still has the previous one to fall back on, it's 22 years old

I don't like pick ups full stop, don't find any of them comfortable, the Ford ranger is my least worst of them.

Mitsubishi L200 were never amazing at holding value so getting the same thing cheaper makes sense, I'd prefer the fullback had an actual fiat engine.
