Didn’t get the refund

    Unfortunately I have contacted with Irish water via twitter and phone from September till now to receive the cheque of the refund but I didn’t receive it .also ,every time that I contact with them they ask me about my details and they will send the cheque within 2weeks.

    I am very need help to get my money back.
