    Hi

Will the motor tax office on receipt of the RF134 Form issue a new Vehicle Registration Certificate when the car has tax arrears?

    Thanks!

    Hi Colm_mcm
I take it that when I get the Garda to sign the RF134, they’ll not look for an explanation as to why I require a new one as I’ve lost it by accident?

The new cert doesn’t clear tax arrears, it just gives you a duplicate cert.

Thanks, with regards to the Gardai I take it they’ll be fine with fact I’ve lost it and need a new one?

The garda is typically just witnessing you make the declaration.

    Hi

Hope someone can clarify something for me.
I forgot when I paid my tax online previously that I used the address I was renting at, I have since returned home to the original address I registered my car at and need to get a new VRC as I’ve lost the original.

What will the motor tax office look for along with the RF134 Form?

    Thanks

Why do you keep posting the same question
