Hi all, I've signed on for the first time and have no idea how it works so would appreciate any advice.
Logged in to MyGovId this evening and it now says "payment approved", how do I find out what day I can collect the payments?
I applied the same day for the public services card which hasn't arrived yet.

they will send you a letter saying it was approved and also inform you of when your first collection day will be and further days from there

You have to collect JB at the post office using your new PSC card. Unfortunately when you don't have one yet, the Intreo centre will issue you with a yellow card which you present at the post office. Unfortunately again, some post office employees can deny you payment without "proper ID"(that PSC), hopefully you'll meet one who is not like that so do prepare yourself for the ridiculous running back between Intreo and the post office. Collection day is usually a Wednesday on JB.
