Willie John McBride had the right idea about the Haka.

I hate this business of standing there politely while they threaten you with all sorts.

Preferred the old amateur day hakas when half the team didn't know the moves

    They were hilarious.

I'm sure I heard someone say c'mon lads and that's how one side of the Irish team were further ahead than the rest.

I dunno, is it more hilarious that they just went out and approximated it back in the day, or that these very large scary looking lads spend hours endlessly practising their dance moves in a group...

No they were just imitating Richie McCaw's interpretation of the offside line

Young kids in school learn them so by the time they get into the squad they'd know them all I reckon, apart from the new ones they come up with.

It's nonsense and has no place in any sport.

Disgusting lack of respect shown by the crowd. There goes the high ground vs the soccer fans.

NZ have the 1st lineout. They are very close to scoring one now.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,951 ✭✭✭Yeah_Right

And now the greatest arrogant most self indulgent imposition on the world of sport by any team.

    That's a bit harsh. Ireland's Call isn't that bad :P

That's fantastic from CJ and VdF. Think they were involved in almost all those defensive phases.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,073 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Ah CJ......what a hero. That was great defence. So easy to give away a penalty.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,246 ✭✭✭dublinman1990

Go on Stander. Great penalty for us.

Its not an anthem. It deserves no respect.
