    TBH I always thought they would be, it's their business to take over underperforming loans and make them perform.

    David Hall dismisses the Central Bank report as 'spin' and claims vulture funds are 10 times worse than banks in his personal experience.

    David Hall is going only based on his own limited experience dealing with cases. The CB however are dealing with statistical facts reported by the financial sector.

    I. E. If you got mugged in Dublin you'd be inclined to say its the most dangerous city in Europe.
