So what? Have you a point to make? Why the 'mental health' reference?

The picture of him getting helped from the pool make him look like he has a few mental health issues himself.

Obviously the poster thinks mental health issues are an easy target for a cheap joke.
Proves how far we still have to progress regarding mental issues in this country!

He's also Minister for Older People, so do you want to have a pop at them too?

What on earth has his portfolio including mental health got to do with whether it's funny that he slipped in to a pool or not? Would it not still have been as funny regardless of what Department or portfolio he is involved with?

I'd say we'll be amazed what the poor fella had in his pockets as he was slaving away on this dangerous government business. This close to Christmas at the very least I'd say he'll need:
    New Suit
    New Shoes
    New Shirt
    New Tie
    New Cufflinks
    New novelty socks
    New novelty underwear
    New Watch
    Couple of new phones
    A tablet or two

I'd say the expenses bill to the taxpayer for that little "government trip" won't stop at €10k.
