Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask, but I was wondering, does anyone know if it's possible to get a digital file with a copy of your TV licence?

    Thanks.

No, I don't think so. You just get a confirmation e-mail which you can show to a TV inspector if the official one hasn't arrived, or if you lost it. Or is it to show as utility bill or something?

Here's the information on the confirmation:

    Dear Customer

Thank you for using the TV Licence.ie website to purchase your Television Licence.

    Thanks for that.

I do have the physical copy (somewhere...), and at a stretch I can show them the direct debit on my bank account, but yes, I was looking for something to use as a proof of my address on without having to resort to emailing the usual bank/credit card statement (the contents of which, or lack thereof :o, are none of their business anyway).

I'll have to go for plan B, so.

Once the property has a licence the collection agents will avoid it.

Fair enough, but that's now why I was looking for a copy. :)
