Under no circumstances buy a car from this extremely rude car sales outfit.
Had the misfortune to buy a car from him and had nothing but hassle from the very beginning.
The car was sold without being properly checked and was delivered with very serious life threatening faults.
This awful man is full of charm when selling but has no problem hanging up,not answering phone calls, claiming he doesn't get txt messages and the list goes on, when he has your money!
A final word of warning ,ensure the garage you buy from is SIMI registered as they have strict membership criteria. This cowboy is not a member
Avoid, avoid ,avoid .I cannot say it enough.
(Other posts on here to corroborate how awful he is )

The SIMI are a lobby group made up of motor dealers who represent their own interests. They don't offer any value to a customer. It's very unlike the outcome would be any different if this particular establishment were a member of the SIMI.

I wouldn't go near this place if you paid me to. I just stumbled across this thread and it brought back painful memories from 3 years back. So I decided to create an account to warn others off. Here's my story:

I found a car on donedeal which I liked and its was from his garage. I went out and viewed the car and liked what I saw. I didn't have a mechanic with with and could only get one in a few days and my previous car had packed in so I took a test drive and it all seemed fine. He assured me that there is a 6 month warranty and not to worry, if anything pops up they'll sort it. I paid over a deposit and was to come back the next day and completed the purchase.

So I drove off and in about 6 hours later noticed thick black plumes of smoke coming out of the exhaust. Went to a mechanic and paid him to give it the once over and he gave me a list of about 20 items that needed fixing. He said there is no way that it'll be fixed with the price you had paid for it so tell them you want your money back, he said they have sold you a deathtrap.

So about 7 hours after I got the car I phoned Mr car scammer told him my situation. He told me to put dipetane into the fuel tank to clean it. I told him the extent and condition of the car and told him I'd like my money back and he told me WE DON'T DO REFUNDS.

I explained that a mechanic has looked at the car and it shouldn't even be on the road, and he was trying to feed me all these lies that they were going to fix the car and all this nonsense but wouldn't allow me to go to my own mechanic for the work.

A few days of fighting with this horrible guy came to no avail, he just wouldn't give me my money back, so I ended up getting a different car from him as my hands were tied.

A few things he said to me that would never leave my mind:

We don't service the cars, we get them from Kearys in bulk and sell them as they are *** We don't do refunds *** It's your car now.. and so on...

I remember I was emotional in his office trying to get my money back explained that this was all my savings and he stuck his 2 feet on the desk in front of me put his hands behind his neck acting as he didn't give a damn, which he clearly didn't.

I dropped it back to his garage and there was another guy there with his son, looked like it was his first car. He tried to warn me off saying don't deal with this man before noticing I was burned too. Also the car was put right back up online the same day I brought it back and was there for months, clearly couldn't sell it.

When you first meet him, he is all nice. Any problems he exhibits classic sociopath behavior. Please don't do business with the man, he is EVIL to the core. I've heard many stories since my ordeal which happen to go down the same road. I honestly have no idea how he is allowed to operate.

If you look up the business on Google you'll see that all the positive reviews are fake. There are all 1 review people and all use the same terminology, *** was a pleasure to deal with. Keeps mentioning his name. If you are going to fake reviews at least change the structure of your sentences.

This was like a therapy session for me, but I really do hope that it warns someone out there not to deal with them.

Bought a Renault Clio from there last year. It ran fine for a few months then it started giving problem after problem. It would just refuse to start for some reason. Fuel pump seemed to be working. My mechanic though it looked like dirty petrol had been run through it at some point. Said they should have noticed that. The problem was never fixed, traded in for a car from Blackwater motors who were fantastic.

Me and the gf were considering buying a car from here but she noticed his garage had some negative reviews, I'm glad I read these before putting any money down.
Thanks for sharing your experiences here.
