1st Secretary competition process

    I have been shortlisted in the 1st Secretary competition. I am not a civil servant so the whole process is new to me. The next stage is a video interview which seems to be very short but competency based. Has anyone else here got through or knows anything further about the process? Thanks!

    Congrats. Can I ask what kind of work background/qualifications you have? It would be Interesting to see how PAS decide on suitable candidates.
