Slapped on ass by female colleague

I was slapped on the ass today by a lady I work with. She’s quite attractive so I was quite eager to give her a nice one back. However another one of my colleagues said not to even consider it, I’d probably end up getting a dismissal. It’s 2018 ffs where’s the equality?

You should have pulled out your lad and whipped her across the forehead.

We should defend our way of life to an extent that any attempt on it is crushed, so that any adversary will never make such an attempt in the future.

You should definitely have done that. What could have possibly went wrong.

That's the way of it now - if you're a fella you may take it, but you sure can't give it.

I'm a woman and I think this is completely inappropriate behaviour on her part. If she's interested in you, she should find an appropriate way to show it, it's as unacceptable as if a man did it. There's no difference.

Why not trying to grab her by the pussy ?

#metoo campaign on twitter should follow also.
Google employees will put on their slippers and leave their offices world wide.
De Niro, Kate Winslett and all the Hollywood a listers will come to your aid and when thats all done, we'll move onto someone else.

It's the double-standard that annoys me, a man who doesn't care about inequality until he finds himself on the wrong end of it.

Did you enjoy it ? Did you inhale ? Are you a big lad ?

Do you feel the need to make a big deal ?

Does she want sex or was she chastising you for poor performance ?

Has she got a big husband / boyfriend / wife / girlfriend / Large pet .

What about the double standard of only applying equality to the fairer sex?

Report the incident immediately to HR and make a sexual harassment claim, pocket the tax free compensation award but be prepared to lose your job eventually

I know you're joking but I've witnessed this happen.

Back when my friend and I were 18/19, we went on a night out in town followed by a house party in Palmerstown. My friend is American btw. We were sitting in the living room and I was kissing some guy on the couch and she was sitting there talking to two lads. One of them suddenly jumped in front of her, took his lad out, and tried smacking her on the face with it. I didn't think much of it at the time other than it was a very weird thing to do, but she was absolutely furious, stormed out of the house and into a taxi we hopped.

She told the taxi man what had happened and I caught him smirking in the mirror.

10 years on we both laugh about it, although we both still think it was an incredibly weird thing to do.

From the poster who gave us the abused by a disabled person thread:
    nails1 wrote: »
I was waking down a main street in Dublin city centre today. As I approached the corner heading straight on a man in a wheelchair came from around the corner off a side road and almost collided with me. He began shouting at me ‘are you f*ckin blind?* to which I responded ‘no are you?’. He then started calling me every name under the sun as I explained to him I had right of the way. He continued shouting at me, I walked on as I felt uncomfortable and people were staring at me having an argument with a wheelchair user. Was I in the wrong here?

We now have sexually abused by a female:

What next? Offered a home by a homeless person?

A male friend of mine was jocked by a lady in a hostel a few years back.we had been hanging around with her for a few days so we were all well acquainted. This was in front of 10 people, he was embarrassed but shrugged it off. What else could he do? Two days later, he jocked that same girl in front of 2 people, the police were called and arrived within 30 mins and he was handcuffed and brought to jail

Next time you're near her bend over so she'll slap you. Make sure you have the biggest hard on then turn around and when she sees the bulging groin she wont do it again or if she's not embarassed you know then it's a ride she's after.

You should have slapped her in retaliation, at the time. Now if you do it, it's a separate incident and you'll be sacked.

Oh go way (people have actually become addicted to using that word, even for the most spurious of reasons) - she's talking about the double standard and she's right, there is one. Nobody should slap the arse of a stranger or work colleague they hardly know (especially in work).

    If it's friends it's different.

One of the reasons the double standard exists though is because men don't take it seriously - or they enjoy it.

I'd say there are times women enjoy it or don't take it seriously either (e.g. the ones who do the ass slapping to men) but likely less so than men do.

It wouldn't bother me but I still wouldn't ever do it to a stranger or someone I barely know.

Just plain civility - pure muppetry to call that being a snowflake.

Agreed.I have hugged and been hugged by colleagues, been given shoulder massages and returned and they were all good natured and nothing sexual or uncomfortable about them at all. Slapping or being slapped on the ass now I would be drawing the line at unless it was someone of the same sex which I have done and received :D
Christ it sounds like I work in a very kinky place reading back.
