Easytrip EV refunds

    Does anybody know how Easytrip calculate EV toll refunds? I spent Eur35.40 on tolls in October and only got an 'Adjustment Credit' of Eur4.74 at the start of November.
    (this can only be seen on their 'old' portal, the new portal conveniently doesn't appear to allow you see the EV refund credit transactions until they issue a statement at month end)

    Or maybe I should just switch to TollTag?

    Any assistance is appreciated.
