Moving wastewater treatment tank

I see that the biocycle type wastewater tank we have needs to be 7m from our house. It is, but we plan to build an extension that would be much closer to it.

What sort of expense would be involved with moving it, and does it need planning permission?

A lot of those GRP tanks are installed cases in lean mix concrete to prevent them floating when the water table is high. You could have a lot of difficulty trying to relocate it while keeping it in one piece
