Good evening all,

Can someone outline the mechanics of seeking an adjournment in the district court/county registrar

We are in litigation with our bank regarding mortgage arrears, this is the 4th or 5th appearance and the bank have gotten two adjournment that i have consented to.

I need to seek a one month adjournment and want to know what is involved
