Hi, I have been having problems with the boost function on the Quartz E7.

When boost is used it ticks along normally and reaches STOP and turns off but then it will continue past STOP and turn itself on again remaining at START. So it is always on, if I move it to STOP and come back later it will have moved and remained at START. Is there a quick fix for this or do I have to call my landlord to send someone around?
