Lost my SIM

    Just a thank you for the guys on Eir mobile support today.

    I lost my payg nanosim earlier this week and today was first chance to get to a store and get a new one, 10 mins or so in the store and sorted.

    Later I noticed I wasn't able to make calls as it said I was out of credit, still had 24 hours or so to run from last top up, rang mobile support and they agreed there was still time to run before I should need to top up and they would activate a 30 day top up to get around the problem.

    Result one happy customer and a public thank you here.
