Adding Eir Sport to Sky Viewing Card

    Hi

    We have two Sky Boxes and our broadband with Eir.

    Have only been able to add Eir and BT Sport to one of the viewing cards.
    It now gives a message saying that "Our records indicate that you have already activated a viewing card via your My eir Login details".

    I was told I could activate up to two viewing cards not just one.

    Any ideas?
