amiko 5 problem

    hi,
    I recently bought an Amiko 5 combo box but it was going off sync so I returned it and had it replaced. The new box is behaving the same way yet my old combi box works fine. I have reset the Amiko, upgraded the software and retuned it to no avail. Are my dish and ariel at fault or am i doing something wrong.
