    How on earth are you getting away with such a shoddy customer service. We have been trying to contact you in relation to an unpaid direct debit fee that you have charged us twice for, there is over 30 minutes waiting time by phone, I spend 20 minutes trying to explain our issue on webchat only to have the session cut off , I go through the whole thing again and yet again the session is ended. This is disgraceful. Totally unacceptable.
