attic ventilation

Hoping for some advice on attic ventilation

Getting attic insulated (300mm of earthwool) and installer is putting in tile vents. They plan to roll out the insulation to the eaves as they said tile vents would provide sufficient ventilation. Is this sufficient or should I be asking them to leave a gap at the eaves? It’s a 3 bed semi with a hipped roof, cavity blocks to side and rear and cavity wall to front if that makes any difference.

    Thanks

Super, thanks, looks like it's fine once done correctly. The installers seems very professional so should be fine. Thanks for that

You need the airflow moving up from the eaves to the tile/ridge vents so should have baffles to prevent blocking the eaves
