Cancelling my bill pay account

    Hello, 
    I sent an email about 2 weeks ago to cancel my account but haven't received any contact from Eir mobile.
    When i rang 1905 today,phones were closed
    When I log into my eir mobile account..its says
    [font=GT-Walsheim-Regular, Arial][url=tel:1905]1905[/url][/font][font=GT-Walsheim-Regular, Arial]Mon-Sat (8am - 6pm).
    Closed Sunday.[/font]
    [font=GT-Walsheim-Regular, Arial]However, when i rang the number it was closed..is it 5 or 6 you close at?[/font]
