Is there any quiet roads near the town that can be used to (legally!) practice for an accompanied L driver?

You looking for the basics, or improving. Any number of Estates, and the roads inbetween them around Gortlee, and surrounds and beyond. Hillstarts on the Longlane, although might want to keep the windows wound up, if the reputation still remains around there.

Across the road from Swilly Drive/An Post Sorting office. Quiet enough office park (in the evening) where Sita and Pramerica are located. Hills for hill starts, a 3 arm roundabout and a dead end for 3 point turns.
